All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of DiscountDisplays or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of DiscountDisplaysand is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Artwork shown in our catalog is for illustrative purposes only. The Client warrants ownership of the appropriate copyrights to content (images, designs, copy, and other creative works) furnished to DiscountDisplays for production of the Client’s order. Client further agrees that he will protect DiscountDisplays from claims by third parties claiming copyright infringement and pay all legal costs associated with such claims.

When Client orders from DiscountDisplays, he agrees that DiscountDisplays may link to Client websites, publicly display and distribute Client-provided testimonials in all their forms, use copies or extracts from deliverables, display likenesses of current and past employees, and display trademarked Client logos and logotype, for the solicitation and marketing of its services. When Client orders Design Services from Discount Displays they are providing a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publicly display that Design in conjunction with the associated items shown on the Client’s paid invoice. DiscountDisplays retains ownership of copyrights associated with all Designs created by DiscountDisplays and its agents.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This site and the materials and products on this site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, this site’s owner disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This site’s owner does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from this site are free of viruses or other harmful components. Client agrees not to transmit or process (a) any material that is infringing, obscene, libelous, which violates the privacy or other rights of any third party, or which is otherwise libelous or tortious, (b) any information or data comprised of “Protected Health Information” subject to and defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) or that would otherwise require DiscountDisplays to be HIPAA compliant, or (c) any software viruses or other code, files, or materials designed to interrupt, damage, or interfere with any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Term and Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by DiscountDisplays without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, shall survive any termination.

Typographical Errors

If at any point a product on DiscountDisplays is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the corresponding incorrect price.

Order Processing

Due to unavoidable style modifications and enhancements, products of comparable cost and style for those illustrated on DiscountDisplays website may be substituted. We reserve the right to withdraw any product offering without prior notification. Cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee once an order has begun processing. No graphic or product manufacturing changes will be accepted after final proof approval. Customer is responsible for all labor and material costs incurred prior to cancellation and will be billed accordingly.
