WARRANTY INFORMATION

We stand behind each and every product in our catalog. They are designed to provide a professional quality exhibit experience, with durable construction. Unless otherwise stated on a specific product, our standard warranty for hardware is one year, which warrants product against defects in material or workmanship. All graphics have a thirty day warranty on defects. These warranties do not cover damage due to accident, abuse or regular wear and tear.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product has issues due to manufacturing defects, we will fix or replace it at no cost. Items need to be inspected for warranty replacement to be authorized. Customer is responsible for shipping items back for inspection.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

If your product arrives incomplete or damaged due to handling during shipment, we will assist in placing a claim with the corresponding carrier for the amount of insurance coverage. Make sure to place your request within 3 business days of receipt, as carriers will not accept claims after this period. Please take pictures of the original packaging and any damaged components.

RETURNS

If you need to return your product due to cancellation or any other reason not covered by our warranty, it must be in new re-sellable condition. Graphics and other personalized products are not acceptable for returns. An inspection must be performed before accepting the return. There is a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping. No returns are accepted 15 days after the shipping date of the original product.
